- Loose or damaged paving
- Cracked or weakened concrete
- Deteriorated joints, pointing, or mortar
- Previously repaired or unstable areas
Pressure washing may reveal or worsen existing issues.

2. Surface Wear, Cracking & Material Failure
The customer acknowledges that exterior surfaces may be aged, worn, or structurally weakened.
We are not responsible for any damage resulting from the condition of the surface, including:
- Old, brittle, or deteriorated tarmac/asphalt
- Surface breakdown, flaking, or loss of material
- Cracks in concrete or paving becoming more visible after cleaning
- Existing cracks expanding or becoming more noticeable
- Slabs, tiles, or blocks that crack, shift, or become loose during or after cleaning
Cleaning may expose hidden defects that were not visible prior to the work.

3. Results Disclaimer
While we aim to achieve the best possible results, we do not guarantee complete removal of all stains or marks.
This includes, but is not limited to:
- Oil stains
- Rust stains
- Paint or chemical stains
- Deeply embedded or long-term dirt
Results may vary depending on the age and condition of the surface.

Resanding can only be carried out once the surface is fully dry.
This typically takes place on a separate day, depending on weather conditions and drying time.
We are not responsible for delays caused by weather or insufficient drying conditions.

Sealing will only be applied when the surface is completely clean and fully dry.
This may require a separate visit depending on weather conditions.

- Providing safe and clear access to the work area
