3. Quotes & Pricing
- All quotes are free and non-binding
- Prices may vary depending on property condition and size
- Final price will be confirmed before work begins

4. Bookings & Cancellations
- Bookings can be made online, by phone, or via message
- We reserve the right to reschedule due to weather or unforeseen circumstances
- Cancellations should be made at least 24 hours in advance

5. Access to Property
The customer must ensure:
- Clear access to the work area
- Water supply if required
- Removal of fragile or valuable items
We are not responsible for delays caused by lack of access.

6. Damage & Liability
While we take every precaution, the customer acknowledges:
- Surfaces may have pre-existing damage, wear, or weaknesses
- Pressure washing can reveal hidden defects
We are not liable for:
- Pre-existing damage
- Loose paving, cracked surfaces, or weakened materials
- Damage caused by structural issues beyond our control
Our liability is limited to the value of the service provided.

7. Results Disclaimer

8. Weather Conditions

13. Changes to Terms

14. Drying Time & Resanding
Following pressure washing, surfaces such as driveways and patios must be allowed to fully dry before any resanding can take place.
In most cases, resanding will be carried out on the following day, depending on weather conditions and drying time.
We are not responsible for delays caused by weather or insufficient drying conditions. Resanding will only be completed when the surface is fully dry to ensure proper results.
Additional visits may be required for resanding, and this is included only if agreed in advance.
15. Sealing
Sealing can only be applied when the surface is completely clean and fully dry.
In most cases, sealing will be carried out on a separate day after cleaning, depending on weather conditions and drying time.
We require a minimum drying period before sealing can be applied. This may vary depending on the surface type and weather conditions.
We are not responsible for delays caused by weather or moisture levels.
Failure to allow sufficient drying time may affect the quality and durability of the seal, and therefore sealing will only be carried out when conditions are suitable.

16. Stains & Surface Condition
While we use professional equipment and techniques, some stains may not be fully removable.
This includes, but is not limited to:
- Oil stains
- Rust marks
- Paint or chemical stains
- Deeply embedded or long-term buildup
The customer acknowledges that results may vary depending on the condition and age of the surface.
We do not guarantee complete removal of all stains, but we will always aim to achieve the best possible result.
